Shipping Fee

  • Flat-rate shipping fee: AED 25 anywhere in the UAE.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times may vary during public holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with your shipment details.

Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct. If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or if the package is unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Thrift Item Condition

As we sell pre-loved (thrifted) clothing, each item is carefully inspected before shipping. Minor signs of wear may be present and are considered part of the nature of thrift items. Any noticeable flaws will be clearly mentioned in the product description whenever possible.

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if your item is:

  • Damaged, or
  • Not as described on our website

    Return Process

    Once your return is approved:

    • Customer will need to ship the item back to our store
    • Items must be returned in original condition, with tags attached and proof of purchase

    Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

    Once received and approved:

    • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method
    • Store credit (if applicable) will be issued
